The 3 BHK builder flooare a decent size, 1570 square feet. It’s ready to move which means immediate rental income potential. The price point of 81.64 Lakh onwards is in line with similar properties in Hyderabad. It's good that Rainbow Children's Hospital and BirthRight are very close by, which adds value. My only slight worry is about the potential for noise from the nearby main road, but it's manageable.

It is ready to move in which was a big plus for us. The price was around 81.64 Lakh onwards, which felt a bit high for the area but considering it's ready to move, we accepted it. Having Pallavi Model School nearby is super convenient for our kids. The only thing is the road to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but overall it's a good locality.
