    We decided to book a 3 BHK in Suyug Saffron. The carpet area for these is quite generous, starting from 1896 Sq.ft up to 2088 Sq.ft, which means we won't feel cramped. The location near Oakridge International School Bangalore is a big plus for our kids. Construction is still ongoing, with completion expected by December 2028, which gives us enough time to plan our finances. The developer, Suyug Infra, seems to have a good list of amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. My only small worry is the traffic on Sarjapur Road during peak hou, but hopefully, it gets better over time. Overall, it seems like a decent choice for our family.
