    We were looking for a 3 BHK apartment in Hyderabad and found Suridha Sudha Arcade. It's conveniently located near DAV Public School, which is just nearby, making the morning commute for my kids much easier. The property is ready to move, which was a priority for us. We looked at a 1537 Sq.ft unit. The price was around 53.8 Lakh. While the location is good, the internal roads can get dusty during construction season from nearby sites. The developer, Suridha Constructions, seems to have provided good amenities like water conservation and rain water harvesting. We are still evaluating the overall value, but the proximity to school is a major win.

While the apartment itself is good, the parking area feels a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. It’s a decent option for teacheworking in the vicinity, though Tarnaka Metro Station is still a bit far at nearby. Overall, it feels like a reasonable step up from our rental.
