I opted for a 3.5 BHK, which has a substantial built-up area listed. Suraj Condominiums seems to have put in decent amenities like a tennis court and jogging track. The project status is ready to move. The price for this configuration is around 58.58 Lakhs. My only worry is the traffic on Sarjapur Road during peak hou, which can be quite bad. But for the proximity to work and the offered facilities, it's a compromise I'm willing to make.
