It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus because I didn't want to wait. The location near the NICE Ring Road makes commuting easier, though traffic can get a bit much during peak houThe gymnasium is well-equipped, and I like that there is 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The price for my 1 BHK was around 30 Lakhs, which fit my budget. I wish the OC status was available, but since it's ready to move, it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. The construction looks decent.

The proximity to VSS International Public School, nearby, is very convenient for my children. The only drawback is the distance to Gleneagles BGS Hospital, which is nearby.
