Vaishali Sector 5 is a decent locality, and it’s only close to the Vaishali Metro Station, making commutes easier. We liked the gymnasium and the swimming pool; they seem well-maintained. The price for our 2 BHK was around 70 Lakhs, which was within our budget after considering the amenities. The developer, Supertech Limited, has been around for a while, which gave us some confidence. Overall, it’s a good option for young couples starting out.
