We decided on Skytech Magadh because it's ready to move in, which was a big factor for us. The apartment is a spacious 1350 square feet 2 BHK, perfect for just the two of us now. The location in Vaishali, Sector 3 is quite convenient with Vivekanand School and Max Hospital practically next door. Getting around is also easy as the Delhi Meerut expressway and Rajnagar extension elevated road are only about 2 kilometeaway. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the gymnasium is a nice addition for staying active. The building itself seems well-maintained.

We were looking for a decent sized flat and settled on a 3 BHK here, about 2000 square feet. Skytech Magadh is in Vaishali, Sector 3, which is reasonably well-connected. The Vaishali Metro Station is about 2.7 kilometeaway, making commuting possible though not ideal. The project was completed in March 2011, so it's an older construction, but it seems solid. We liked the Vastu compliant design. The main concern for us is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it’s quite close to major roads. The price point for a 3 BHK is around 1.5 Crore, which felt acceptable.

I finally bought my own place, a 2 BHK at Skytech Magadh. The size is around 1400 square feet, which feels generous for one peon. Vaishali Sector 3 is a decent area and it's amazing to have Max Hospital so close for any emergencies. The price was a bit higher than I initially planned, hitting the upper end of the 94.5 Lakh range, but the flat is ready to move which saved me a lot of hassle. The swimming pool and jogging track are great amenities for unwinding after work. Security is also a priority, and they have 24x7 security which gives me peace of mind.

Relocating to Ghaziabad for work at Max Hospital made Skytech Magadh an obvious choice due to its proximity. I've purchased a 4.5 BHK, which is a substantial 3000 square feet. The convenience of having the hospital and Vivekanand School within walking distance is invaluable. Although the project was completed back in March 2011, the amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and 24x7 security make it feel quite modern. The connectivity to the Delhi Meerut expressway is also a plus for travel. The only slight drawback I've noticed is the car parking, which can feel a bit congested during busy times.
