The price range of 2.0 crore to 2.38 crore is competitive for the area. My primary concern is the lack of readily available OC received information, which can sometimes impact future resale or loan processes. However, the proximity to the Vaishali Metro Station, just under a kilometer away, is a major plus for rental appeal.

This makes school runs and any medical emergencies much easier to manage. The availability of a children's play area and a tennis court keeps the kids entertained. The price was at the higher end, around 2.38 crore, but the quality of life it offeis worth it. The construction quality seems robust, and the 24/7 security provides peace of mind for our children.

I moved into Ramprastha Emerald Heights a few months ago. The 3 BHK apartment is quite spacious, 1725 square feet, which is good for one peon who likes extra room. The location in Vaishali, Sector 9 is very convenient for getting to work, especially with the Delhi Meerut expressway nearby. I also like that there is a gymnasium and swimming pool within the complex for staying active. Security seems decent, with 24/7 guards. My only small issue is that the road leading to the complex can get a bit busy during peak hou, causing some traffic delays. Otherwise, it's been a peaceful living experience so far.
