We picked this flat mainly because of the proximity to SKS World School, which is just 0.7 kilometeaway. Our kids can walk there easily. The 1300 square feet 3 BHK we bought has enough space for our family. We also liked the 82% open landscaped area, giving the kids room to play outside safely. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provide peace of mind. Having Felix Hospital also at 0.7 kilometeis a big relief in case of emergencies. The metro station is also very close. The construction quality seems robust, and the earthquake-resistant structure is reassuring. We are happy with the decision.
