We finally decided to buy a plot at Sunsiri Green Delight City last month. Since we both work in IT, the proximity to the Gudivada-Vijayawada Road is a major advantage for our daily commute. Sunsiri Projects Pvt Ltd has done a good job with the layout planning. We picked the 172 Sq.yd plot because it fit our budget perfectly. The swimming pool and the gymnasium are great additions for our lifestyle. My only minor concern is that the road leading to the project is still a bit dusty due to some nearby construction work. Other than that, everything looks very promising for a future home. We are excited to start planning our villa here soon.
