I bought a 1 BHK apartment, the 595 square feet layout is compact but works well for me. It's a ready to move-in property, which was a huge relief. The price was 37 Lakh, which was manageable on my salary. The building has basic amenities like power backup and a gymnasium. However, the approach road to the main building could be better maintained; it's a bit uneven. Overall, it serves my purpose.

We bought a 2 BHK in Sunpaul Blueberry because Rajagiri Christu Jayanthi Public School is only a minute away. That was the main reason for choosing this project.
