The built-up area is between 1413 Sq.ft to 1461 Sq.ft which is quite spacious. Dhakuria, Selimpur is a decent locality. We checked the nearby amenities and it’s good that Narayana Hospital - RN Tagore Hospital is nearby. Power backup is also an important feature for us. The completion date is December 2027, which gives us enough time. The price range of 91.85 Lakh to 94.97 Lakh is a bit high but acceptable for the location and amenities. We are hoping the construction quality will be as promised by the developer.
