We recently purchased a 2 BHK flat at KIC Navrang. It is located at 6, Sangeet Sarani Rd, Dhakuria, South End Park, Kolkata. The flat size is approximately 980 sq.ft, which is spacious enough for our family. Being ready to move was a key factor for us. The connectivity is decent, with Dhakuria Station Road and Raja S. C. Mullick Road easily accessible. Narayana Hospital is also quite close by. The price of around 46 Lakhs was within our budget, especially with the government housing loan schemes. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. The 24x7 security and water supply are reliable amenities.

Dhakuria is a nice area with good connectivity. It's close to Raja S. C. Mullick Road and Dhakuria Station Road which makes commuting easier. We liked the landscaping and the terrace garden especially. We chose KIC Navrang because it's very close to South Point High School, just nearby, which is a huge relief for us. Our 2 BHK flat is 1008 sq.ft, offering enough space for our family. The location in Dhakuria is well-connected, with Dhakuria Station Road nearby. The terrace garden is a nice touch for weekend relaxation. While the flat is ready to move, the traffic on Sangeet Sarani Road can be quite heavy during school pick-up and drop-off times, which is a minor inconvenience. The price was reasonable for the size and location, around 47 Lakhs. The 24x7 security and intercom facility provide peace of mind.

Finally moving out of our rented place into our own flat at KIC Navrang. We booked a 970 sq.ft 2 BHK. The size is perfect for us, much better than our old rental. Dhakuria is a vibrant locality and having Narayana Hospital and Mukundapur nearby is convenient. Kalighat Metro is nearby, which is accessible. KIC Resources Ltd seems to have a decent track record. The price, around 45 Lakhs, was something we could manage with a home loan. The entrance lobby looks quite presentable and the landscaping is well done. We are looking forward to settling in.
