The location is convenient, not too far from Kalighat Metro Station, which is useful for our daily travel to work. Being ready to move was a big plus. The main concern for us is the narrow lane leading to the main road; it can get a bit congested during peak hou, especially with school traffic from South Point High School nearby. I was attracted to the location, specifically its closeness to the Gariahat Road-Jodhpur Drainage Pumping Station Bus Stop, making public transport very easy. SWARAJ HOMES BUILDEDEVELOPER LOPER OPER PER ER R has a project that is ready to move, which meant I could shift in soon after purchase. The price was within my initial budget, which was a relief for a fit-time buyer. I found the rooms to be adequately sized for a single peon. The building looks well-maintained from the outside. I am happy with my decision so far.

The location is pretty good, very close to the Gariahat Road-Jodhpur Drainage Pumping Station Bus Stop which is convenient for daily commutes. My partner liked the idea of being close to Narayana Hospital - RN Tagore Hospital in case of emergencies, though we hope we don't need it! The flat itself is decent, though the rooms are a bit smaller than we expected. Parking can be a challenge here, especially during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for us as we have two caSWARAJ HOMES BUILDEDEVELOPER LOPER OPER PER ER R seems to have completed this project well otherwise.

The fact that it is ready to move in was very appealing, as I wanted to avoid the long waiting periods associated with under-construction properties. SWARAJ HOMES BUILDEDEVELOPER LOPER OPER PER ER R has delivered a finished product. The building seems well-constructed, and the common areas are clean. My only reservation is about the parking availability, which might be limited for residents with multiple vehicles. Nevertheless, for the price and location, it feels like a sensible purchase.
