I bought a 3 BHK apartment, around 1500 sq.ft built-up, which gives enough space. It was ready to move in, which made the transition much smoother. The proximity to Titumir Metro Station, also a short distance, is fantastic for travelling across the city. The project has a gym and a children's play area, which are good facilities. The price was around 70 Lakhs, which felt reasonable given the location and amenities provided by On The House.
