The price is approximately 1.06 Crore to 1.16 Crore. The location is quite good, with Dhakuria Station Road and Raja S. C. Mullick Road easily accessible. It's under construction with completion expected around May 2029. We appreciate the 24x7 security and the sports facility. However, the parking situation seems a bit tight in the initial plans, which might be a concern for us with two vehicles. The overall price point is something we are still evaluating.
