We chose Sudhir Aniketshree CHSL SL L mainly because of its proximity to New India School. Our children can walk there easily. The 2 BHK apartment size, with a carpet area of 858 sq.ft, gives us enough room. The 24X7 water supply is a big relief for a family. We also liked the provision for solid waste management. The development by Sudhir Constructions is located in Shastri Nagar, Kothrud. The only minor issue we’ve noticed is that the area can get a bit dusty during construction phases nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. It’s a good, practical home for us.
