It’s ready to move, so we could shift immediately after finalising. Having 24x7 water supply and solid waste management is a relief from our previous rental hassles. The location in Kothrud is very central to where we work. The only downside is the parking area; it feels a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, Joshi Buildcon Landmarks has provided a decent upgrade for our family.
