We chose Suhas Sudhanva mainly for its proximity to schools. Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School is nearby, which makes the morning commute so much easier for our kids. We bought a 3 BHK apartment which is spacious, around 1037 square feet. The cost was about 2.52 crore. Kamakshie Constructions has included a children's play area, which the kids absolutely love. The solid waste management and disposal system is also well-thought-out. Water conservation and rainwater harvesting are good features. The only thing that could be better is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but that's common for Kothrud.

Kamakshie Constructions included a fire retardant structure, which gives us peace of mind. The children's play area is a bonus for future family plans. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the parking space feels a bit tight, especially if you have larger vehicles.
