The fact that Chandernagore Kanailal Vidyamandir is right next door is a massive advantage for our kids' schooling. We also appreciated the 24x7 water supply and the 24x7 security, which are crucial for families. The closed car parking is also a good feature. However, the distance to Palta Station Metro at over nearby is a bit much, making daily commutes a challenge if we rely on the metro. Subhankar Basu delivered the project on time.
