    We were looking for a decent place in Kolkata and stumbled upon Atreyi Accomodate. We booked a 2 BHK apartment here which has a super builtup area of around 600 sq.ft. The price was also within our budget, around 25 Lakhs. It is ready to move, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The location in Chandannagar is okay, not too far from the city. The only issue is the traffic getting out of Mahadanga Colony in the morning can be a bit much. Overall, the open balconies are nice and the vitrified tiles look good. JBM Construction Pvt Ltd seems to have finished the project on time.

I chose a smaller 1 BHK apartment, around 541 sq.ft, for just over 16 Lakhs. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which meant no construction delays. The construction quality by JBM Construction Pvt Ltd seems solid, with open balconies offering some fresh air. My only concern is that the nearest metro station, Palta Station, is almost 7 kilometeaway, making commuting a bit inconvenient for longer distances. Otherwise, the basic amenities are present and the size is adequate for a single peon.

Dust from nearby construction can be an issue sometimes. Still, the vitrified tiles and open balconies are appreciated features.
