Living in a gated community feels much safer, and the landscaping is quite pleasant. Having power backup is essential, especially during monsoons. The location in Mahadanga Colony, Chandannagar is decent, although reaching the Chandannagar Railway Station takes about 15 minutes by car. The price was within our budget, around 20 Lakhs. My only minor gripe is that the parking space is a bit limited, especially if you have guests. But compared to our old rental, this is a huge upgrade and we are happy with the move.
