The 1620 Sq.ft plot is just the right size for me to maintain easily. I visit the S. H. K. V. P. B Trust Hospital which is nearby and the drive is manageable. Subhagruha Projects India Pvt Ltd provided clear paperwork during the sale. My only concern is that the local grocery shopping options are a bit limited right now, so you definitely need a car for daily needs. Otherwise, it is a very pleasant place to stay with good neighboand basic security.
