We decided on KBP Tricity Reserve because the GEMS Public School is nearby, which saves so much time for our kids in the morning. Having the swimming pool and the massive 25K SFT clubhouse is a big deal for our weekends. We bought the 1647 Sq.ft plot. AP Capital Projects Pvt Ltd has ensured the project has good security with 24x7 CCTV coverage. The oxygen parks and botanical gardens are perfect for the children to play in. The only downside is the price, which felt a little steep, but we decided it was the right investment for our family needs. Everything else from the sports facilities to the general layout of the plots is well designed. We are happy with our purchase and looking forward to building our house here.

I booked my residential plot at KBP Tricity Reserve because of the proximity to Nagarjuna Univeity which is nearby. It makes my daily work commute very simple. The 1377 Sq.ft size is perfect for me. AP Capital Projects Pvt Ltd has really focused on sports facilities like the cricket pitch and tennis court, which I find very nice. The project is ready to move, so I can start planning my construction immediately. I am really looking forward to using the swimming pool and the gymnasium once I move in. It is a very safe gated community with decent landscaping. It is a bit pricey for the area, but the convenience and the amenities make it worth considering for anyone looking for a stable neighborhood.

The location at Namburu, Kaza is quite convenient for our daily commute since it is right by National Highway Number 5. We checked the 1377 Sq.ft plot size and it seems enough for what we have in mind. AP Capital Projects Pvt Ltd has included a massive 25K SFT clubhouse which is definitely a major highlight for us. One thing we noticed is that the road leading to the project gets quite dusty during the evening houdue to construction nearby. Other than that, the amenities like the jogging track and open gym are well planned. We are currently thinking about the price point and comparing it with other options in Guntur before taking the final decision.

Moving to a quieter area after retirement was our goal, and KBP Tricity Reserve seemed like a decent choice. Being close to AIIMS Hospital is a huge relief for us. The project has a lot of greenery, including botanical gardens and nice tree planting, which makes for a peaceful morning walk. We opted for the 1377 Sq.ft plot size. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give us peace of mind. However, the connectivity to the nearest markets requires a car, and public transport is not very frequent in this area. AP Capital Projects Pvt Ltd has provided a good space, but I wish there was a pharmacy or grocery shop closer to the gates. Still, it is a clean and well-kept project overall.
