    After checking several plots in Namburu, I settled on a 1093.94 Sq.ft plot at Subhagruha Aria II. The developer Subhagruha Projects India Pvt Ltd delivered a clean site, and the plot boundaries were clearly demarcated during my visit. Since I am retired, having a peaceful environment is important and this location fits the bill. The fire sprinkleand basic infrastructure are in place, which shows some level of planning. Access to the main road is fine, but the approach lane is a bit narrow for two big cato pass simultaneously. It is not a dealbreaker, but you have to be careful while driving. Overall, a decent place for a quiet life.

My only concern is that there are not many shops within walking distance right now, so you definitely need a vehicle for your daily groceries.
