We just booked our dream 3 BHK in Subha Ratnam, located in Sundarpada, Bhubaneswar. We loved the Italian Marble Flooring in the master bedroom – it feels luxurious. The built-up area for our 3 BHK is between 1401 to 1800 Sq.ft, which is perfect for us and future plans. The price of 1.4 Crore for the higher end is steep but manageable. Subha construction & developeare the builde, and the project completion is scheduled for March 2027. We are excited about the Terrace Garden and the Swimming Pool. The connectivity to the airport is also quite good, nearby. Our only minor worry is the parking space; we have two caand hope it’s sufficient. Overall, the amenities and design are very appealing.

The project includes a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are great amenities for us. Everything is under construction, with completion expected in March 2027. I'm a little worried about the dust from the construction site, but the sales team assured us it will be managed. The nearby airport is convenient.
