The villas are ready to move in, and the construction by Indo Nirman Pvt. Ltd. Seems solid for its age, as it was completed around 2010. I opted for a 3 BHK villa which is quite spacious. The price point starting from 45 Lakh was attractive. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for a property of this age. Also, the landscaping and tree planting offer a nice green environment, but the outdoor maintenance staff could be more proactive. Garage Square Bus Stop is a bit far at nearby.
