We chose Kalinga Hub because of its excellent connectivity to important places. D. A. V Public School Pokhariput is a short distance, which significantly reduces our travel time in the morning rush. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar is also very close, which provides peace of mind for any medical emergencies. The Kalinga Empire & Structure Ltd project offea ready-to-move-in solution, which was ideal for our family. The apartment size is adequate for us, but the common areas feel a bit cramped, especially the lift lobby. The noise from the adjacent road can also be noticeable during peak houDespite these small issues, the convenience factor is very high.

I recently purchased my fit apartment at Kalinga Hub. Being ready to move in was a huge plus for me as I didn't want to wait anymore. The proximity to All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar is about 5 minutes, which is very reassuring. Also, Garage Square Bus Stop is nearby, making public transport accessible. The apartment itself is compact but functional for a single peon. My only minor gripe is that the finishing in some cornecould have been better. Overall, Kalinga Empire & Structure Ltd delivered a property that meets my immediate needs in a growing area of Bhubaneswar. I feel it was a sound decision for my fit home.

We just moved into Kalinga Hub a couple of weeks ago. My husband works in IT and the commute to his office is about 30 minutes which is not bad at all. The location in Sundarpada is quite convenient, especially with D. A. V Public School Pokhariput a short distance, which is great for future planning. We got a decent sized flat, though the kitchen could have been a bit larger. Parking is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially on weekends when visitocome over. Kalinga Empire & Structure Ltd seems to have decent build quality so far. We are still exploring the area but happy with the initial days.

The location in Sundarpada is developing nicely and it's close to essential services like schools and hospitals, which are both just a 5-minute drive away. The apartment layout is practical for our family, although we did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots. The price point was within our budget after considering the loan options. We are looking forward to settling in permanently.

My main concern is the limited parking space; it's quite challenging if you have more than one vehicle. The interioare standard, nothing extraordinary, but serve the purpose. The area is generally quiet, which is a plus.
