Finding a home with good amenities for the children was important. Starlite Sunny Dew has a dedicated children's play area and also landscaped gardens which they enjoy. We looked at the 3 BHK flats, which are between 1040 and 1290 square feet, offering enough room for everyone. The location near Narayana Hospital and Ram Krishna Mission is also reassuring for us. Being ready to move was a huge plus since we didn't want to wait. The price for a 3 BHK is around 70-83 Lakhs, which was a bit high but manageable. The construction was completed in 2011. The only drawback we noticed is the dust on the balconies sometimes, probably from the nearby construction, but it’s not a deal breaker.

The swimming pool and gymnasium are good additions for unwinding after work. The price point was within our budget, around 52 to 60 Lakhs. My only concern is the road leading to the project, it can get a bit congested during peak hou, especially near Bangaon Kulpi road. Otherwise, it’s a decent place to start our journey.
