The location in Garia, Sonarpur is good, and it’s relatively convenient to get to our school. The project was completed in December 2016 and is ready to move, which was perfect. The price point, around 60 Lakh for the 3 BHK, was something we had to stretch for, but the Ganguly Group has a track record of timely delivery which gave us confidence. We are happy with the overall space and layout.
