I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Rajwada Windsor Greens for my parents who are living in Kolkata. They needed a comfortable and secure place. The project by Rajwada Group is ready to move, which was important so they could settle in quickly. The size of 1335 Sq.ft is adequate for them. They appreciate the 24x7 security and the gated community aspect for their peace of mind. The proximity to Narayana Hospital is also a significant advantage given their age. While I haven't seen it myself, my parents are happy with the living space and the general atmosphere.

We decided on Rajwada Windsor Greens for our retirement home. The 4 BHK apartments are quite spacious, around 1725 Sq.ft, offering enough room for our grandchildren when they visit. The project is ready to move, which meant we didn't have to wait. Being in Garia, Sonarpur, it's relatively peaceful compared to the city center. We liked the landscaping and tree planting which makes the community feel green. The gymnasium is also a good facility for staying active. The only slight issue is the traffic on Bangaon Kulpi road during peak hou, but that's common in Kolkata. The price was within our budget, around 90 Lakhs for the 4 BHK.

The only downside is that the roads around the project can get dusty during construction activities nearby, but it's manageable.
