It is located in Garia, Sonarpur, which is a decent area in Kolkata. The price point was reasonable, around 28 Lakh. I liked that there is a gymnasium and a swimming pool, so I don't have to go outside for my workouts. Security seems good too with 24x7 security. My only slight worry is the traffic can get a bit bad during peak houwhen commuting to Salt Lake. But overall, it’s a good place for me.
