Moving to Ghaziabad for work at Max Super Speciality Hospital, I needed something close by. Star Realcon Avant Garde in Vaishali, Sector 14 is literally 0 kilometeaway, which is incredible. I opted for a 2 BHK flat, around 1148 square feet, which feels spacious enough for me. The complex has a gym and a jogging track which I plan to use regularly. It's also Vastu compliant, which was important to my family. The main drawback is the traffic around this area, especially during peak hou, getting to and from the hospital can be a bit of a challenge. But given the proximity to the hospital and the metro station, it’s a worthwhile trade-off.
