The Children's Play Area is a big hit with them. It's ready to move, so we shifted in right after booking. The price was on the higher side, around 70 Lakhs, but the location and amenities made it worthwhile. SSV Buildeincluded good landscaping and tree planting which makes the surroundings pleasant. The 24/7 water supply is also very reliable. We are happy with the decision so far, although the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty during dry spells.
