The developer, SSLR Infra, has a decent reputation. The location is quite convenient with National Highway 44 and Outer Ring Road nearby, making commutes easier. We also liked the idea of having a tennis court and a badminton court available within the community. The price range is 2.21 Crore to 2.55 Crore, which is a significant investment for us, but we feel the amenities offered justify it. We are hoping the construction quality holds up.
