I looked at a 2 BHK unit, approximately 720 square feet carpet area, which is a decent size for a small family or as a guest house. The project being ready to move is a big advantage as I don't have to wait. The inclusion of fire sprinkleand power backup provides a sense of security. While the main road access is good, the immediate approach road to the project could be a bit better maintained; it gets dusty sometimes. The nearby school is also a positive point.
