The 3 BHK villa comes with a generous 10890 sq.ft plot area, giving me plenty of room. The starting price of 76.67 Lakh is manageable. SS Group has provided nice facilities like a swimming pool, footpaths, and even a pet area, which is a big plus for me. The medical facilities and schools nearby, like JP International School which is nearby, are also very convenient. The only minor drawback is the distance to the metro station, Noida Sector 148 Metro Station is nearby.
