S Constructions has priced these units fairly between 31.52 Lakh and 37.0 Lakh, which is good for the current market in Krishna. Power backup is included, which is a big relief. I am hoping to get a good rental return in the coming year once more people move into the society. The area is definitely growing and it seems like a safe bet for anyone looking for a budget-friendly residential property nearby.

The project is called SS Navya Meadows and it is located quite conveniently at the back side of TeacheColony. I went for the 3 BHK which has a built up area of 1215 Sq.ft. The floor plan is very efficient and I did not find any wastage of space. Since it is a ready to move property, I could shift in immediately without waiting for construction updates. The lift works perfectly fine, but I do feel the common area cleaning could be more regular. It is a decent purchase for the price of 37.0 Lakh in this locality.

My retirement life at SS Navya Meadows has been quite quiet and peaceful so far. I chose the 2 BHK unit with 1053 Sq.ft of space which is very easy for me to maintain now that the kids have moved out. The building has a lift which is absolutely necessary for my comfort. S. S Constructions did a good job finishing the project on time. The area behind TeacheColony is pleasant and has good access to local shops. My only grievance is that the water pressure drops slightly during summer afternoons, which can be an annoyance. Still, for 31.52 Lakh, I think it is a fair deal for any retiree.
