    We were looking for a spacious 3 BHK and SRoyal Hills seemed like a good option. The carpet area for the 3 BHKs starts at 1450 Sq.ft, which is quite generous for our family. We liked the idea of Sky Gardens and the unrestricted views of Aravalli Greens. It's been ready to move since July 2013, so we didn't have to wait for possession. The location in Sector 87, Faridabad is also convenient, with the Faridabad Bypass Road nearby. The only downside is that the construction is a bit older, so we're a little concerned about how well the maintenance will hold up over the yeaOtherwise, it feels like a good upgrade from our rental place.
