The developer, SGroup Builde, has provided good facilities like a club house and a gymnasium. It's also nice that the project is Vastu compliant. The location in Sector 87, Neharpar, Faridabad is decent, with the Eastern Peripheral Highway nearby. We got it for about 50 Lakh. The construction quality looks solid, and it feels good to finally own a home. One small issue is the traffic noise sometimes from the highway, but we are getting used to it.
