We were looking for a spacious home in Faridabad and found MarineParadise. The 4 BHK flats are quite large, around 2875 square feet built up, which is exactly what we needed for our family. My office is in Noida and the commute isn't too bad, taking about 30 minutes on most days. The cycling track and gymnasium are good amenities for staying active. We booked about two months ago and the price was just under 95 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the size and location in Sector 87. MarineBuildcon seems to be developing the area well. One small issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but it's manageable.
