We were looking for a plot near the city and Srivari County came up as a good option. The location in Tadigadapa is quite convenient for our commute since the Gudivada-Vijayawada Road is nearby. We checked out the 1415.45 Sq.ft plot size and it looks quite sufficient for building a nice house for us. Dutta Ramachandra Prasad has kept the site clean which is a big plus. We did notice that there is some dust due to the ongoing development in the surrounding areas, but that is expected. The project being ready to move is perfect for us as we wanted to start construction immediately. Looking forward to settling down here soon.

My husband and I wanted a quiet place for our retirement yeaand we found Srivari County to be peaceful. It is not too far from essential services which gives us peace of mind. The plot sizes here vary a lot, starting from 1238.93 Sq.ft up to 2501 Sq.ft, so there is something for everyone. We opted for one of the smaller ones. Dutta Ramachandra Prasad provided all the necessary documentation without much delay. The 24X7 water supply is a major relief for us given our age. My only minor concern is that the local shops are a bit of a walk away, so having a vehicle is essential for daily chores.

The land is well leveled and the 1530.31 Sq.ft plot size I purchased is perfect for my requirements. It is very close to Amigos, which is a popular spot in the locality. Dutta Ramachandra Prasad has been helpful in clarifying all our doubts regarding the layout. Since the project is ready to move, I have already started planning the house design with my architect. Access to the main roads is good but the traffic on the main route can get a bit heavy during peak office hou, which is the only downside of living this close to the city limits. Overall, it is a solid place.

We finally found a good piece of land for our family home at Srivari County. The best part is the Primary school by Chigurupati Sri Krishnaveni is nearby which saves our children a lot of travel time every morning. We chose the 1336.88 Sq.ft plot as it fits our current budget perfectly. The area feels safe and secure for the kids to play around once we build the house. Dutta Ramachandra Prasad has done a decent job with the basic infrastructure. It would have been better if the internal roads were slightly wider, as two capassing at once is a bit tight, but it is manageable for now.
