We looked at the 3 BHK apartments, which are 1200 square feet. The price was around 36 Lakhs. It's great that ORCHIDS The International School is nearby, which is very convenient for our children. The gated community aspect and the security guards give us peace of mind when we are out. We also appreciate the water storage facility. The only minor drawback is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during peak traffic times. But compared to the rental we were paying, this feels like a solid investment by Srivari Infrastructure Private Limited.
