My parents helped me select this flat at Srishti Rammohans Arcade as it was my fit major purchase. The location in Ward No 12 is quite peaceful compared to the main city center areas. We checked out the 866 Sq.ft unit and liked how efficiently the space was used by the architect. It is a ready to move project, so there was no stress about completion dates or hidden timelines. The proximity to the Krishna Canal area is quite nice for evening walks. I did notice some dust settling on the balconies because of the nearby road construction, but that is common in most developing parts of town these days. Srishti Infra has been very helpful with the handover process.

I purchased a 2 BHK unit at Srishti Rammohans Arcade as a long term investment because of its proximity to the highway. Being situated right off the Tadepalli road, it is well connected to both Guntur and Vijayawada. The construction was completed back in December 2020 by Srishti Infra and the structure has held up nicely since then. The layout offethree open side properties which generally helps with the rental value in this area. I have noticed that the area is growing fast, so I expect decent returns on this purchase in the future. Dealing with the office was straightforward, and they were quite transparent about the unit sizes being 866 Sq.ft for my specific floor plan.
