We recently purchased a 2 BHK flat at Srinidhi Aarna, measuring 1177 sq.ft built-up. The price was around 65 Lakhs, which was acceptable for our budget. Its location near the Hosa Road Junction is convenient, and the availability of 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential features for us. The children's play area is a nice bonus. While the project is ready to move, we are a little concerned about the completion status and OC received not being available yet, but we trust Srinidhi DevelopeBangalore. The proximity to Beratena Agrahara Metro (1 KM) is also helpful.
