I chose the 1365 Sq.ft unit because it is just the right size for me to manage easily.     My wife and I visited Srikara Homes last month and liked the floor plan for the 2 BHK unit which is 1365 Sq.ft in size. Since we both work in IT, the proximity to Manipal Hospital Vijayawada is very helpful for any emergencies. Srikara BuildePrivate Limited has done a decent job with the finishing touches. The gymnasium is well equipped, which saves me a separate membehip fee. Only thing is that the traffic on Tadepalli road can get quite loud during the morning hou, but that is expected in this developing part of Guntur. The lift is working fine and the building is ready to move which was our main priority. Overall, it is a comfortable place for a small family to settle down.

The children's play area is where my kids spend most of their time after school. We bought the 1780 Sq.ft 3 BHK apartment and the room sizes are definitely larger than what other developeare offering in this price range. The lift works well and the intercom system helps us stay connected with the security cabin. Srikara BuildePrivate Limited has managed the maintenance well so far. My only minor suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the parking area at night. Everything else is quite good and we are happy with the move.
