The location in RK Hegde Nagar is decent, and it's not too far from Aster CMI Hospital, which is important for them. I chose a 3 BHK flat which has a built-up area of 1570 square feet. This should give them plenty of room. The price for this unit was around 98 Lakh. Since it is ready to move, they can shift in immediately. I will visit myself next month to check on everything. The developer, Srikara Develope, seems to have a decent reputation.
