I liked the floor plan of the 1033 Sq.ft unit; it felt spacious enough for one peon. The price of 44.42 L was something I could manage. It's great that I could move in right after purchase in March 2018. The proximity to ECIL X Road Bus Terminal, a short distance, is helpful for commuting. The only downside I've noticed is that there's still some construction dust around the area, which is common in developing localities. However, the apartment itself is well-built and feels secure.
