    I visited the SRI Sri Surya Icon site last weekend to check the progress. Being a resident of Guntur, I find the location in Vaddeswaram quite convenient for my daily commute. The construction is currently underway and the expected completion by May 2027 seems realistic based on the current pace of work. SRI Pujitha has planned some essential features like storm water drains and solid waste management, which is good for long term maintenance. My only concern is that the approach road gets very busy during peak hou, so traffic might be an issue once all the residents move in. The 3 BHK unit I saw measuring around 1236 square feet had a decent plan. It is a quiet area right now but I expect more development around the Tadepalli road in the coming yea

The construction is moving along nicely toward the May 2027 deadline. I did find that the parking slots feel a bit narrow for my SUV, so I hope they can adjust that or manage it well later. Overall, the project offea great balance of location and future potential, especially with the road connectivity to Mahanadu road.
