My business requires me to travel frequently, so the proximity to the Railway Station Arts College, nearby, was a major factor. The 2 BHK apartment is 1080 square feet, a good size for a rental property. Sri Amara Constructions has made it ready to move in. The budget for this was around 75.6 Lakhs. I found the amenities like closed car parking and 24x7 water supply to be practical. However, I must mention that the OC received status is not available, which is a point of concern for future resale value and could impact loan eligibility from some banks. Despite this, the builder has a decent track record.

Sri Sai Nivas is ready to move in, and the completion date was June 2024. We liked that Sri Amara Constructions included solid waste management and a sewage treatment plant. The kids also love the play area. The price for the 3 BHK went up to 1.08 Crore, which was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the space justifies it for us. The only drawback is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's near a main road, but we are getting used to it. Water supply seems consistent so far.
