I recently purchased a property in Sri Sai Nivas, located in Secunderabad's Padmarao Nagar. My business requires me to travel frequently, so the proximity to the Railway Station Arts College, nearby, was a major factor. The 2 BHK apartment is 1080 square feet, a good size for a rental property. Sri Amara Constructions has made it ready to move in. The budget for this was around 75.6 Lakhs. I found the amenities like closed car parking and 24x7 water supply to be practical. However, I must mention that the OC received status is not available, which is a point of concern for future resale value and could impact loan eligibility from some banks. Despite this, the builder has a decent track record.

The project is ready to move, with completion in June 2024, located in Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad. The price point of 1.08 Crore is at the higher end, but the area shows promise for appreciation. Key amenities like fire sprinkleand energy management systems are included, which are important for attracting tenants. Its closeness to the Arts College Railway Station at nearby is also a significant advantage for connectivity. My only reservation is the lack of readily available OC information, which could potentially complicate future transactions or rentals. Despite this, the developer has a history of timely delivery.

I picked Sri Sai Nivas for my parents who are living in Hyderabad. The location in Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad, is convenient for them, being close to Gandhi Hospital at nearby. They are moving into a 2 BHK unit, which is 1080 square feet. It's ready to move in, and the project was completed in June 2024. Sri Amara Constructions included many green amenities and water conservation features, which my parents appreciate. The price was about 75.6 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the area and the amenities provided. The only slight issue is that the Begumpet Airport is nearby, so sometimes there is a bit of noise, but it's not constant. Overall, I think they will be comfortable here.

We bought a 3 BHK here mainly because of the proximity to Sacred Heart School, which is only about 3.8 kilometeaway. The flat is 1540 square feet, offering plenty of room for the family. Sri Sai Nivas is ready to move in, and the completion date was June 2024. We liked that Sri Amara Constructions included solid waste management and a sewage treatment plant. The kids also love the play area. The price for the 3 BHK went up to 1.08 Crore, which was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the space justifies it for us. The only drawback is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's near a main road, but we are getting used to it. Water supply seems consistent so far.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Sri Sai Nivas in Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad. The apartment size is 1080 square feet which feels quite spacious for us. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait long. The location is pretty central, close to the Mettuguda Metro Station at just under a kilometer. Getting to work is manageable. The developer, Sri Amara Constructions, seems to have put in good amenities like the children's play area and jogging track. The price was within our budget, around 75.6 Lakhs. One thing we've noticed is that parking can be a bit tight during peak hou, but it's not a dealbreaker. Overall, it's a decent place for young professionals.
